ALHA GO is operated by ALHA Mobility ("we", "us").
What ALHA GO is
We introduce enquiries. We do not check, vet, verify, approve or endorse customers or rental companies.
ALHA GO is an introduction service only. We pass customer enquiries to vehicle rental companies in London. We are not party to any hire contract. Any contract is formed solely between the customer and the rental company.
We take no payment
We take no payment for any hire and hold no client money. We do not process deposits, booking fees, or rental charges. All payment arrangements are made directly between you and the rental company.
Checks are the rental company's responsibility
All licence, eligibility, age and identity checks are performed by the rental company. We carry out none of them and are not able to. The rental company decides who it will and will not hire a vehicle to.
Where a customer chooses to provide a social media handle, we pass it on exactly as supplied. We do not check that it is genuine, that it belongs to the customer, or that it is accurate, and we make no representation about it.
Listings and prices
Prices shown are indicative only and are confirmed by the rental company. We do not show live availability and do not guarantee that any vehicle is available. Vehicle details are provided in good faith but we give no warranty as to any company, vehicle, price or description.
Deposits, fees and hire rules shown on a listing
Some listings show a security deposit, a booking fee and a set of hire rules — age limits, mileage caps, what happens to a parking ticket and so on. These are the rental company's own terms, repeated as they gave them to us. They are shown so you know what to expect before you message, and nothing more.
In particular:
- Every deposit and every fee is paid to the rental company, never to ALHA GO. We hold no deposit, take no booking fee and handle no money at any point.
- We do not set, negotiate, guarantee or enforce any of these terms, and we are not responsible for a company applying them differently, changing them, or for any deduction from or failure to return a deposit.
- Terms can change. The company confirms what actually applies when you speak to them, and their version prevails over anything shown here.
- Any document a company asks for — driving licence, DVLA check code, proof of address — is sent to that company, not to us. We never collect, request, see or store identity documents.
Reviews
Reviews are written by customers who enquired through ALHA GO, published unedited apart from moderation, and averaged with no weighting and nothing left out. A review is one customer's experience and their opinion, not a statement by us and not a recommendation. See our review policy for how to report one.
Liability
Your hire contract is with the rental company alone. ALHA GO is not a party to it.
We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any rental company or customer, for any hire contract, for the condition, safety, roadworthiness, insurance or availability of any vehicle, for any deposit, fee, charge, deduction or refund, for any damage, accident, penalty, fine or seizure, or for any loss arising from a hire arranged after an introduction.
We give no warranty that any company is suitable, solvent, licensed or insured, and we make no representation about any customer. We do not check, vet, screen or approve anyone. Any decision to hire a vehicle, and any decision to hire one out, is made by you and the company alone.
Where a customer provides a social media handle, we pass it on exactly as supplied. We do not check that it is genuine, that it belongs to them, or that it is accurate, and we make no representation about it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Acceptable use
Do not submit enquiries using someone else's details, and do not use the enquiry form to send bulk or automated messages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies. We ask you to accept them when you first use ALHA GO, and may ask again if they change materially.
